A physical address (on Google Map) is especially important as it indicates a larger organization (instead of a work-from-home hosting resellers).
Now, being a larger organization doesn’t mean that they are better. However personally, I feel ’safer’ when I knew that the web host I’m dealing with are willing to reveal themselves publicly. This shows they are serious about their business and I expect better responsibility in handling clients.
